| Why can't I login? |

| How do I make money with ProAutoSurf? |
| Everytime you have visited 1000 auto websites a cash link will appear, click it and you will receive $0.01. Everytime you have visited 100 manual sites the cash link will appear, again rewarding $0.01 if you click it. Your credits can be sold back to us at a fairly low rate of $0.02/5000 auto credits and $0.03/1000 manual credits, you can sell them on the Convert page. The third best way to make money is referrals. As a free member you will earn $0.05 per referral you gain and if you are a platinum member you will gain $0.20 per referral. Platinum membership is only $29.99 so if you referred 100 members a day which became active you'd be making around $600 a month, then you can sell all the credits you earn from them. |
| Why has my website been suspended? |
| Your website was most likely suspended for pop-ups and / or having a frame breaker (escapes the surfing frame). We do not allow such sites within the system as they distrupt the surfing process. However, we are currently testing programs which automatically suspend websites with pop-ups and frame breakers, if you believe the program has wrongly suspended your website please contact us via the contact form. |
| A site breaks frame, what should I do? |
| If you find a site that breaks frame, redirects or is abusive in some way, simply press the back bar and click report site. In the message box please write what it is that it did, example) site pop up, site framebreaker, site redirect etc.. |
| I placed an order but I've not received my credits, what now? |
| We apply all orders manually by hand to prevent fraud in the system. It takes anywhere from 5 minutes - 24 hours to have your order applied. To get faster service, please send us an email when you make the purchase with your account ID# or username. |
| I keep getting logged out when trying to surf, why? |
| There is many possible causes for getting logged out during surfing. The most common is that our site is not compatible with some types of browsers. Our site is best used with FireFox and seems to have the least problems with it. Other causes may include surfing under proxy, use of dynamic ip, use of VPN, and more. Before trying anything else, always switch to FireFox before proceeding, usually this will fix any problems. |
| I keep failing at the captcha, how can I login? |
| If you keep failing while typing the captcha, then you may use the audio feature. If you are not getting an error that says "you have entered the wrong captcha" then it could be an account problem. If it's an account problem, simply contact us and we will correct the issue. |
